“The buck stops here.”
At the end of the day, that’s the reality for those within a management role. However, the road to making a sound and cost-effective decision can sometimes be a winding one. As a young leader, I quickly learned that to achieve success for myself and the organization, I had to put my teams in a position to succeed. This includes removing roadblocks and inhibitors to their success and having the technical acumen necessary to provide clarity and direction to complex situations. As such, this philosophy drives much of my leadership style and has enabled me to attract, retain, and manage high performance and motivated teams, optimize performance and efficiencies and minimize risk. I pride myself on my ability to identify talent, build successful teams, and lead them towards a common goal.
