Sylvia Apostolidis is President & Chief Consultant at The Jasmar Group, a full-service Diversity + Inclusion consultancy. The Jasmar Group brings human-centred, science-based solutions to create faster, more sustainable progress towards diverse and inclusive workplaces.
Sylvia is a respected expert on diversity, inclusion and women’s leadership. Her experience includes ten years as a senior consultant with Catalyst, advising FP500 companies across Canada to build equitable workplaces. Sylvia launched The Jasmar Group in response to organizations frustrated with the glacial rate of change. Committed to finding real solutions to a complex issue, her company draws on insights from behavioural economics, neuroscience and design thinking to develop solutions with lasting impact.
Sylvia holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, a Master of Science (Sociology) from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia.
