Director of Sales, Randstad Technologies Group

Michelle Murray is the Director of Sales for Randstad Technologies Group responsible for day-to-day sales operations for a national team responsible for matching IT talent for large enterprises across Canada. Previously, she held the position of Regional Professional Services Director responsible for leading the local team in matching IT talent within Atlantic Canada. Prior to her 18 year career with Randstad, she started in this industry with Eagle Professional Resources as an Account Manager/Recruiter. For the last 23 years, she has been passionate about working with people and organizations on advising, educating, and realigning their approach for acquiring IT talent when faced with challenges around the retention and attraction of IT Professionals in a talent scarcity market. With a passion for excellence, and determination to lead teams to satisfy clients needs, she has a proven track record for leading teams to success and has demonstrated this throughout her career at Randstad as she has won numerous awards including Randstad President’s Club achievement year after year, Leader of the Quarter, as well as Branch Manager of the year numerous times. She also has been involved in moderating various discussions as well as presenting the latest trending information to help organizations better understand what is happening in the IT marketplace to various IT Associations and organizations. Since 2011, Michelle has been actively involved in the Professional Development Summit, a local IT Conference working closely with CIPS, CMC, DNS, IIBA, and PMI Association Partners. Since 2014 she has held the Executive Chair position overseeing the volunteer committee putting on this IT Conference in Halifax NS. Originally from St. Louis, MO, Michelle is a graduate of Maryville University and currently resides in Halifax with her husband and their two daughters.
