Manager Technology & Innovation – City of Cornwall

Louis leads initiatives to enhance municipal services through technological advancements. In this role, Louis is responsible for overseeing the city’s information technology infrastructure, implementing innovative solutions to improve public services, and ensuring the security and efficiency of municipal operations. Notable projects include Cornwall Connect, Cornwall’s first centralized 3-1-1 case management platform, helping drive enhanced service delivery from resident submission to solution and an HR staffing onboarding tool built on the Power Platform to make internal processes more fluid ensuring an efficient and positive onboarding for new staff and internal movements. Louis is also the host of the “Tech Takes” podcast, where he engages with industry leaders and experts to discuss emerging trends and technologies in engineering and applied science.
