Previously, as Executive Lead for Digital Strategy, Architecture, Innovation, and Design at the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC), Jean-Paul spearheaded a comprehensive digital transformation. He established FINTRAC’s Forward Lab Innovation Hub, introducing generative AI solutions that supported critical data analysis aligned with the organization’s mandate of detecting and preventing financial crimes.
With over 20 years of senior leadership experience across multiple federal organizations, Jean-Paul has successfully driven numerous digital transformations and strategic technology initiatives.
