Ian Lee is a twenty-year veteran of strategic consulting, digital and business transformation, and specializes in evolving enterprise business models in an increasingly digital and technology-driven world. He is sought-after for his expertise in digital transformation, experience design, and technology-led innovation for global clients across a broad spectrum of industries.

Most recently, Ian was Head of Innovation and Experience Design at Capco, leading and collaborating with a diverse and multi-talented team of innovators, human-centred designers, and creative technologists to help clients define and create the future of their businesses.  Prior to joining Capco, he led the Digital Advisory team at Microsoft Consulting Services as CTO and was National Leader of Deloitte’s Digital Transformation practice. 

As an avid cyclist and father of a eight- and an five-year-old, you’ll find him awake at 5am most days. He’s a big fan of breaking eggs with clients and colleagues alike, and lives for wicked problems and working with people a lot smarter than himself.
