On October 25, 2016 the CIO Association’s Vancouver Chapter hosted their monthly event at the Vancouver Terminal City Club. Digital transformation is the alignment of your business to your customers at every touchpoint in their journey and it’s changing the way companies interact with both their existing & prospective customers. Who better to lead this event than Vancouver based Hootsuite. Zach Anderson, VP of Enterprise Solutions at Hootsuite was on hand to lead a discussion on Digital Transformation & the Social Relationship Platform – Where’s the Value & What’s your Role?
The night was well attended with over 35 people who were also able to network before & after the Hootsuite program. Based on the feedback we received from attendees, the event was very successful and the Chapter will certainly look at similar events in the future.
