On September 19, 15 members and guests of CIOCAL and CISOCAL were able to attend our first breakfast event of the 2019-2020 season.
Jeff Skipper led us through some very practical and usable perspectives and advice that was grounded in his own experiences associated with “Leading People Through Strategic Transformation and Change.” It was clear by the discussion and comments that this topic is one our members are tackling every day. We are grateful to Jeff for making time to share his insights with us.
Jeff also provided two tools to help our change agendas succeed:
- Desirability vs. Complexity – description of the quadrants and how to respond (2×2)
- Office Buzz Factor (OBF) – includes a ‘light’ assessment that makes for a fun discussion in organizations about what they are hearing’
